I was extremely pleased from start to finish with Parsons Roofing. Internal building diagnostic was extremely thorough to determine where the leaks originated. Technician was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. Detailed roof pictures were presented to explain damage.
Repair technicians were extremely professional and punctual. Repairs were completed in a day and again photos were provided to show all of the repairs.
Account Manager, Michael Carsley ensured that all questions were answered and that the repairs were completed to my satisfaction.
Price was fair and I would recommend their service to other commerical size companies.

I had the pleasure to work with Parson’s roofing on a commercial roof leak that was persistent after many failed repairs. Micheal was my point of contact and I couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism, and prompt communication the whole way through, he did a fantastic job. They did great work on the repair as well, all in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again for other repairs down the road.
Parsons applied a silicone roof to our commercial building. They did a fantastic job with it. We notice a huge difference in the heat in the warehouse. We had a couple of small leaks, which we honestly expected given the age and size of the roof, but they came out within a couple days and patched them.
I have recommended them to a couple of other building managers we know because it makes so much more sense than elastomeric products.
I saw that this company had great reviews. Showed them a leak we had they had made an estimate that was high so we decided not to go with them and got it fixed thru another company. Fast forward to a year later there is another leak on the other side of the house not related to the last one we call parsons to see if they could come and look at this one and fix it. They send someone, we show the leak. They send estimate and guarantee it will be fixed. We pay over 5k to get it fixed. Not fixed. We ask why come to find out they redid where the last leak was (which was already fixed) the guy that came to look at second leak didn’t bother to note that this leak was on other side of the house they just looked at the estimate a year before assuming it was same leak. They would not fix the leak we payed them to fix saying that would be extra few thousand. We got that leak fixed for $1200. I called emailed. Begged and literally cried. First they said they would refund $500 then they said they would refund what I paid to have the leak fixed of 1200 (which parsons was charging a lot more to fix) but then their employee disappeared stop communicating with me. Didn’t have the decency to respond. Owner gets involved and does nothing saying it is what it is and we should have looked at paperwork and he Assumed it was same leak as year before. Well how am I supposed to know anything about a roof and materials. On paperwork it doesn’t say where leak is located it just says what would be needed to fix it. Should the person they sent to look at roof note it when we were showing the leak? We will never get our money back and extra 6k we had to spend wasting dealing with Parsons Roofing! They are dishonorable company. Would not compensate or fix their mistakes ! Also do your research because they are highly overpriced.
Mike with Parsons Roofing was absolutely great to work with. I represent a local municipality and we needed gutters and downspouts added to several roofs on city property. I can say without a doubt that Parson's exceeded expectations and provided a quality product at an affordable price. We will continue to use this company for all our roofing and gutter needs in the future.

I own a number of single family rental houses and always have some maintenance issue to attend to. I've used a variety of roofing contractors over the years. Most recently I've started using Parsons. I can't say enough good things about Parsons and its people. Parsons has always been competitive on price, as I generally shop before contracting. In fact, I'd say Parsons is consistently the low bid (not by much, but enough to help swing the business when all other things appear equal). This is the case for repairs and new roofs. They are professional and responsive. My tenants have also provide me with very positive feedback on Parsons attention to detail, its friendly workers, and that they do a great job cleaning-up before departing.
I typically with with Michael Carsley, and he's been terrific. He produces very complete proposals, with enough detail to allow me to understand what is included in the price, and just as important, what isn't included. Michael also oversees the work he quotes and doesn't allow the final invoicing to take place until he's personally reviewed the work and confirmed the entire scope of the project has been completed.

We have a residential flat top roof. When we purchased the house there was a tar and gravel roof. Over time this roof became unreliable. Jay at Parsons roofing provided us an estimate which was at our top range, but what else he provided us was the surety of a warranty, the insight to the potential to provide tapered insulated panels under the TPO which would divert the water to a customized gutter and downspout system which Jay at Parsons designed and installed for us. We now proudly have a commercial grade TPO flat roof which has directed water to the gutter system (which flows down to French drains and out away from the house), additional insulation and a warranty. I could not be happier and recommend Parsons roofing and all they provide to anyone with a flat roof! They met all of their deadlines and kept my property clean. I can't say enough how good and professional these folks are.

Jay has been very professional throughout my experience with the company and has been a pleasure to work with. Jake was also very professional and even called me to check in, days after the originally schedule workday, to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
