I visited the Battersea shack to purchase a bed. The staff were extremely helpful and showed great patience during the two hours it took me to decide which bed to get. They happily got up the specs for the various headboard options on the computer and walked around the display beds with a tape measure to help me find the best headboard and base combo in the right size. Loaf have an excellent choice of beds and plenty of options for customisation. I was very impressed overall.

We only had a vague idea of our requirements but Peter pointed us precisely in the right direction and was extremely knowledgeable of all the sofas he suggested as options without being at all pushy. We were particularly impressed with the range of fabrics on offer and the ability to take home swatches. After moving home, it is very likely we will purchase one of the sofas.

Seen Loaf websites while searching for a new sofa and decided to visit a showroom before purchase. The staff was really nice and helpful, but the sofas were disappointing, they were quite different from the photos on their website. The sofa were worn and look very lumpy, probably because the sofas doesn’t hold their shape that well. In general worth visit before purchase, as they have all the fabric samples for you to take away and you will get to know how your sofa will look like after a period of time.
